Managed for the past 20 years by two professional women from the hotel industry, Christiane Gingras et Danielle Crête, the VDM team shares a common vision of service, where no effort is spared and no detail overlooked, in order to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Christiane Gingras Following completion of her studies in business administration and after many years as Sales Director in the Tour Market , Christiane joined Visites de Montréal DMC in 1985. She has been responsible for tours related to very large events, welcoming up to 30,000 participants. Always on the look-out for new trends, Christiane has developed with her partners, a variety of activities such as culinary and special interest tours. |

Ronald Poiré Ronald is a project manager for VDM since 1998 and a professional guide. His versatility has led him to act as a coordinator and supervisor during large events and to be involved in many projects aimed at developing new markets for VDM. One of them has made him the “Food Guru” for the culinary market in Montreal as he has greatly contributed to its development during the past five years. Ronald holds a professional guide diploma and is a member of the Professional Tourist Guide Association (APGT). |

Stéphanie Cuillerier Motivated by a strong passion for culture, Stephanie decided to embark in a Cultural Studies program called Animation et recherche culturelles. Through this route, she discovered the importance of contributing to her environment as well as the promotional power of tourism. Within the VDM Global team, Stephanie wishes to showcase the riches of Montreal starting with patrimonial monuments all the way to the kitchens of little cafés where multiculturalism is a concept that we can actually taste! In charge of communications, tours and sales, Stephanie knows how to use creativity and innovation in order to make your events into memorable experiences. |
